Sintered Metal Powder Porous Fluidized Plate Fluid flow distribution control, powder conveying and fluidized bed have been extensively used in various industrial processes. It is especially important in the fluidized bed technology during the chemical processes for mass and heat transfer, mixing and chemical reaction. In the gas flow distribution states, porous materials for aeration have to be used.

Sintered metal powder porous distribution plate is manufactured through the rolling of multi-layered metal woven mesh or metal powder, isostatic pressing, and then undergoing the sintering process before turning into the final porous product. This woven mesh material has even pore distribution, with its pore size ranging from a few micrometers to hundreds of micrometer, and has equal distribution in the pressure drop. This material falls under the 316L standard, with excellent properties such as good mechanical strength and good thermal and corrosion resistance. It is widely used for rectifying, powder conveying, transpiration cooling, damping and other various applications.
